Our qualified service technicians repair your defective units quickly and reliably. If your product is not functioning properly and needs to be sent in for repair, please use this repair form to request a Service Return Authorization #.

Our scope of services for you

Repair report
Preparation of a report on the faults found and the measures taken

Functional testing
Visual inspection, functional test, error analysis and inspection report of the confirmed fault

Functional repair or premium repair
Choose between low-cost functional repair and our premium repair (function and optical condition as good as new)

Repair
Testing of functions, error analysis, cleaning, updates and changes, fault repair, final functional test and a 12 month guarantee of function for the entire unit

Calculation of your repair costs
Information on the maximum repair price (without preliminary inspection) and information on the actual repair price (with preliminary inspection)

In some cases we are able to offer exchange services to our customers for products that need immediate repair. Please use this form to initiate the exchange process.

HEIDENHAIN service exchange
This service is used to keep your equipment down for the shortest amount of time. We will send you a previously refurbished unit from our exchange stock while we wait for your defective item to arrive. Once received, we will inspect it and repair the unit. You are only charged for the repair of the defective unit which we then put back into our exchange warehouse as a refurbished item.

Fast availability of replacement components
We offer regional stocking of common components and flexible possibilities for delivery of other components from our HEIDENHAIN warehouse in Traunreut, Germany.
