Stainless-steel versions are verified for use in saltwater environments, while multiple interface options help support integration into a range of control systems.

700 Compact

The 700 Compact combines a space-conscious design with salt-spray testing and IP66/IP67 protection for demanding installations. A DNV marine type-approved variant is available for applications requiring marine type approval, making it an important option to consider for marine and offshore equipment.

FSI 900

The FSI 900 is an absolute encoder with integrated functional safety. Its configurable monitoring functions address speed, acceleration, end positions, and standstill. Integrated failsafe relay outputs support safety functions certified to SIL 2 / PL d Category 3, making the FSI 900 relevant to applications requiring safety-related motion monitoring.

Programmable Overspeed

Leine Linde’s Programmable Overspeed system supplements incremental encoder feedback with configurable relay outputs that signal overspeed conditions and functional errors. The functionality is available integrated into compatible 800 and 1000 Series encoders or through a separate gateway connected to an incremental encoder. Configurable switching speeds allow the system to be adapted to the requirements of individual applications.
