ETEL VULCANO2 – Gantry stacked-axes platform delivering exceptional geometric accuracy, high duty cycles, and payloads up to 80 kg. Ideal for overlay metrology and flip-chip processes on large plates.
RSF Modular Angle & Exposed Linear Encoders – Contact-free encoders providing high resolution and stability for cleanroom environments, automation, and high-speed semiconductor applications.
Numerik Jena LIKselect – Compact, configurable optical path encoder with measuring steps down to 78.125 nm. Offers high signal quality, low power consumption, and easy integration in tight spaces.
