See HEIDENHAIN Metrology Products at Quality Show

Chicago area – October 22-24

HEIDENHAIN will showcase its metrology products at the upcoming annual Quality Show in Rosemont, IL, (by O’Hare airport) this October 22-24. It is a great opportunity for distributors to learn, touch and discuss these products with HEIDENHAIN experts who will be on hand at the booth (#1027) during the show.

The Quality Show, is a three-day tradeshow dedicated to connecting quality manufacturing professionals with process improvement vendors for all things “Quality.” Education sessions are also available during the show. More information here.

At HEIDENHAIN’s booth, metrology products scheduled to be displayed are:

  • The new QUADRA-CHEK 2000 was developed by HEIDENHAIN for everyday measuring tasks using optical comparators and measuring microscopes. Measurement point acquisition is quick, easy, and accurate via crosshairs or by using optical edge detection on optical comparators.
  • QUADRA-CHEK 3000 is well suited for use with profile projectors, measuring microscopes, video measurement machines, and is now available for 3D measurements with a manual CMM. Users can measure two-dimensional contour features quickly, simply and precisely using innovative video based measuring tools and use a Touch Probe to capture points for 3D geometries.
  • ND 2100 GAGE-CHEK is a metrology staple when it comes to measuring and inspection tasks in manufacturing and quality assurance. With inputs for up to eight encoders, the GAGE-CHEK is great for multipoint measurements from simple pass/fail detection up to complex SPC data acquisition.
  • IK 5000 QUADRA-CHEK PC package solution for 2-D and 3-D measuring tasks is an established product, with a large user base. It is available for use on CMMs, video machines, optical comparators, and even x-ray systems. It is a powerful yet flexible software, designed to allow multiple types of machines to run the same user interface.

Demonstrations will be available at the booth. This is also a great opportunity to bring customers with you to see and talk with HEIDENHAIN directly.
